The following license applies to all source code distributed in the OpenFrontend package, except for third party files with their own deviantly declared licenses.

This software is provided ‘as-is’, without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any purpose, including commercial applications, subject to the following restrictions:

1. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the original software. If you use this software in a product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation would be appreciated but is not required.

2. Altered source versions may not be distributed to any third parties.

Acknowledgment of third party components

The OpenFrontend package includes (possibly) modified source code derived from the following libraries:

• zlib
• pnglib
• jpeglib
• freetype
• ogglib
• vorbislib
• tinyxml

Please note that the files derived from these libraries are NOT covered by the OpenFrontend license, and are copyrighted and credited to their original authors. None of these libraries have licenses which are incompatible with being redistributed this way, but by using OpenFrontend, you must also agree to the licenses of these third party components.
